Amazing and fast service
I submit a work order this morning and James has already come by and helped me out. My smoke detector started chirping every 30 seconds last night around 4am. Instead of replacing the battery he installed a whole new detector to make sure the issue was resolved. Great service for renters! Such a nice guy as well!

BEST APARTMENT IN ATLANTA
I’ve been a resident here for 2 1/2 years and this is the best office staff I’ve ever seen. The resident events are amazing and everyone is so helpful. The amenities are always clean and up to date. Huge shout out to Jennifer for always looking out for my family! Thank you!

I waited when I shouldn't
I toured this property twice with Teaira and was in love with her energy. She's such a sweetheart and was the best associate out of all complexes I been to. She showed me a huge studio and she insisted I take it off the market. Sadly, it was taken offline then put back there for someone else. Once I saw the apartment again, I drove straight to the property and was informed to be on the lookout for it online. Apparently everyone and they mother wanted that floorplan and someone grab it right under me. I have stopped my search but I will contnue to keep Encore in mind. Thank you again Teaira. Please don't be upset with me lol..

Phenomenal Service
I am new to Atlanta and I came to the complex to potentially be a new resident. I was blown away! The service was phenomenal and Teaira was very helpful. I am definitely considering leasing here and you all are at the top of my list.

Love It So Far!
Toured over the summer and loved everything about this place. I had the pleasure of meeting Azzaria and Teaira. They have been pretty nice compared to my last place. Teaira spent 10 mins with me to make sure I understood the package locker system. Recently went to the Thanksgiving event and had wayyy too much to drink but we sung our hearts out. Ive been wanting a place I enjoyed living at and they also interact with us. Who knew Ms. Jennifer was a singer? Hilarious!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Teairia a few weeks ago. She's a very smart and professional young lady. I even brought my wife back to see for herself. We were looking for an apartment for our son but unfortunately they didn't have anything in our price range. However the location is amazing. Great restaurants around and it's the first complex off the highway. Big selling point for us. We will be back in touch next year. Thanks again for your patience and help Ms. Tea.

Two thumbs up!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. My commute is short with the interstate being so close. My friends and I are often at the movies right across the street or the battery nearby for a game. The manager, Jennifer and team are always so welcoming and helpful Whenever I call or go to the office!

New Move In
Happy with my move in. It’s been 3 months and I’m completely satisfied. They communicate very well and are on top of things. Ayushi assisted me with my package and Kevin helped me out on my thermostat. Very friendly staff and the location is convenient.

Love the encore !
I lived at the encore for 4 years and leaving was sad :( I loved it. The management was great and very accommodating. They always took care of us. We have come back a few times since as we have friends who still live here and it’s still as clean and well kept as it was when we lived here. Love the encore! Love the rooftop pool & the fun events they do which brings the residents together for some fun. I especially appreciate Kristine for her kindness and helping us out in times of need. She really put her skills forward to help us in a difficult situation. I would recommend her as encore head management anytime.

Maribel is the best!!!!!
From start to finish with my lease here at encore by Windsor. Maribel and Lauren know there stuff!! Very knowledgeable people and they take pride in what they do! Maribel especially helped me with a lot of information and true care of my situation! I would definitely come back to encore just because of maribel!!!!! Don’t lose these guys encore!!!!! You got great people in Maribel and Lauren!!!! Thanks Maribel for everything!!!!!

My lease ended at my house in sandy springs. Came across Encore at the Windsor. Right off the bat Lauren was great! She was great with following up with us and answering any questions or concerns we had. Lauren definitely knows her craft! She also has a great personality and work ethic, we were looking at other spots and she was the determining factor! Highly recommend this complex to anyone!

I went over the weekend to visit a friend and was extremely impressed with the overall set up of the community. The office staff, Lauren and Kris were very helpful and personable when I needed help with how to exit the building. I highly recommend this community if you are looking to relocate.

Overall it is a great looking apartment. The amenities are awesome, and the surrounding area is very nice as well. Would suggest they change that the bedrooms come with a ceiling fan or just a light fixture.

I love these townhomes and the community of residents currently living here. We have a great group and everyone is friendly and helpful! The area is gated, safe and clean and I love having a garage. I also have a convenient parking space right outside of my door!

Very clean, people are very welcoming! Staff extremely attentive and welcoming. I love me new apartment. The space is very open and the closet is huge. The apartment smells nice and new. The hallways are even cleaned on a regular basis. Everything in this apartment complex is extremely well up kept and if something is wrong they are very quick to fix it

In general the apartment community is clean quiet and feels safe. Grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and other services are all conveniently close to the apartment. Being close to I-75 and 285 makes getting around the Atlanta area pretty easy.

The apartment is great. The location is convenient with access to malls and restaurants within 10 minutes drive. The amenities are also fantastic. Also, the apartment itself is clean and neat. Overall, the living experience here is great.
