I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Mason Augusta Apartments! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, which really makes it feel like home. The staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with great amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. I especially appreciate the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the community. The location is also a huge plus—close to shopping, dining, and everything you need, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. I would highly recommend Mason Augusta Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live. Five stars all the way!

This apartment was the first place I lived in when I first moved to the United States. However, the staff were all kind and courteous, so I was able to settle in without any worries. Even after that, I encountered various issues—such as broken appliances and local water outages—but they always responded quickly and helped ensure I could live comfortably.

Once I went on my tour of the area. I knew this was the place for me. The staff were super friendly. Since, I been there's nothing for me to complain about. My apartment is perfect for me. I love everything about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone

It's been a wonderful experience. The staff is kind, the events are fun and the complex is clean. You don't hear your neighbors, the trash pick up is a great perk. The staff is accessible and quick to address issues.

Great place to live!

The staff at Mason have been a pleasure to work with! From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The leasing team made the move-in process smooth and straightforward, always ready to answer questions and provide clear information. Maggie is great too and that girl deserves a raise! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail and respect for residents’ time. Jason and Mark have always been professional and knowledgeable about any issue and have handled it quickly and easily. Overall, the team goes above and beyond to ensure the community is well-managed and welcoming. Their dedication makes living here a truly positive experience. Thanks Mason crew!

Great apartment community in the Augusta area that's conveniently close to everything. Community features amenities like two resort style pools, gym, mail room, dog grooming station, etc. Close to Fort Gordon for service members and DoD personnel too.

My experience in the community is very good. I feel welcomed in the area and safe in the complex. The grounds are well maintained and the noise is kept at a good level. I also appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff when I have any issues or problems.

In the beginning it was great. Now I don't think I can get any of my concerns taken seriously. We have been trying to get some work done on the damage to our walls for nearly a month now. I'm frustrated with the way that we're being treated.

Pretty good but multiple management changes throughout the years (sometimes multiple in a year) end up leading to multiple apps, policies or just weird craziness everytime a lease renewal happens. Feels like it always something new to understand.

For the most part, the apartment has been good. I am not a fan of taking 3 months to cut the grass and not fixing the front gate and having issues with water and sewage. Part of these issues are due to transition to new management team I guess. Otherwise, I have been comfortable and I love the pools and gym.

Wonderful location and beautiful community

The location of Mason Augusta is very convenient to everything! Just a few minutes to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. The community looks new, well taken care of, and the two-bedroom model is so cute. Shay is super caring and welcoming, and Carissa is very helpful. I highly recommending checking out Mason Augusta.
