I&#39;m thinking about moving into Windmont within the next month and a half. the location would be perfect for me&#44; and the staff has been really friendly and helpful. I&#39;ve been tricked before and don&#39;t want to get tricked again. The amenities sound terrific&#44; but I still have questions&#44; such as: how much does the water&#44; sewage&#44; and trash bill usually run? And is maintence efficent and knowledgable? I want to make a really informed decision. Any one got some uselful advice?

Thinking about it

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
