Although the prices are attractive&#44; I would not move to Windmont after visiting and reading the reviews. Whoever works in the front office on Saturdays is a hot mess! The staff tells you so much about the apartment complex&#44; and I can not believe that she was fifteen minutes late opening the office. On top of that&#44; she was not friendly or helpful. She &#34;didn&#39;t have&#34; a unit to show me&#44; and was &#34;fresh out&#34; of material that showed floorplans. I walked out without an application&#44; and after reading the reviews on this website&#44; I feel like my cold service was a blessing in disguise. Now if i could only find an affordable&#44; safe place near Emory... Any suggestions?

Proud to Say I&#39;m Not a Resident

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
