I have lived at Windmont for almost a year now. I have to say that I have had my ups an downs with my apartment. I have seen a few ants and a couple roaches. I am a clean person so yes, it was gross. I used some pest spray and have been good. My apartment faces Clairmont so I hear traffic, but it doesn't bother me. I actually haven't had a problem with loud people. That has been a blessing for me. The office staff except for Emma (the Saturday girl one blogger wrote about) is great. And to her defense she came in early on a Saturday to let the cable guy in my apartment before I moved in. Ann Marie, the property manager, is amazing! The maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, but if they have to come back for something you might have to call the office to "remind" them. I still have 3 unfinished things going on. It's mainly just painting from work them did, but I will still have to call the office. I haven't heard of any break ins but the end by the Kroger does get more noise. I have a friend that has lived here for 4 years and absolutely loves it. The planes can be loud but it is not a big deal for me. The apartments are a decent size and pretty affordable. I will not renew my lease but only because both of my jobs are in Roswell so it is no longer convenient for me.
