I moved in to Windmont summer of 2004, and I&#39;m planning to renew my lease with them this summer. I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful and they do try to respond to issues in a timely manner. I have the 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with washer and dryer. Compared to other places, you really can&#39;t find a better deal that encompasses location, staff, and quality of service. My only complaint would be that if you end up with excessively noisy neighbors you will hear them, but that goes for most apartment residences I think. For people who dont want to live too close to downtown Atlanta, but still want to be inside the perimeter with close access to 85 and 285, Windmont Apartments is a good choice.

I&#39;m happy

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
