Safety an Issue and Management Sucks

My boyfriend lives here and although he has a nice apartment, the management is terrible! The neighbors are noisy and there is a constant turn-over of renters, leaving before the lease terms. Management prides itself in trickery,specifcally when it comes to late fees and hidden charges. They get bonuses when charge late fees, even if a renter pays on the last day due, before 5! Furthermore, they concentrate on moving peopl out, not recruiting, the money turn-over is better that way. I will be glad when his lease is there. Parking is adequate, but people tend to damage esch others cars in the parking lot. They repraved the lines and made the lot smaller and spaces Toooo close.
