We lived at Windmont apartments in 2009 that time it was managed by Equity&#44;now as far as I know it is owned by other company!
If you are looking for quiet place&#44;it&#39;s the right choice&#44;when we lived there in 2009&#44;it was quiet&#44;never ever heard our neighbours.
Once we had problems with ants&#44;but we got rid of them.Maintenance always respond fast.
We didn&#39;t like the area so much&#44;but overall cannot say anything bad about Windmont!

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
