I currently live here and signed my lease me in may I would not recommend moving here the maintenance never fixes things on time it rains in my bathroom everytime it storms I let someone know about it 2 weeks after I moved in its now july I still get rained on when I go to the restroom. Over 2 months I've been given 3 different water bill prices without receiving an actual bill in the mail its been a car break in. my neighbors are loud and they don't care about where they live theres always trash every where and it attracts stray cats. For 670 for a one bedroom you can get a nice condo save yourself the trouble and headache don't move here I'm thinking about getting a lawyer to legally break my lease
