When first moving in they were very helpful and i was excited about moving in. Within that firstt week I had a trail of ants. Oming in and out my apartment from multiple locations. Recently with the heavy rains i had leaks all over. The New lady at the rent office seemed to have a attitude every complaint i have. Parking is fine location is ok. I would never touch the pool though. Dont rush to move in here or any apartment for the proce they charge i should have got a condominium

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
