I didn't mind living here for about the first three months after that it all went down hill. There's limited parking, people who double park, taxis all day and night. The neighbors above me sounded like they dropped bowling balls and hammered the floors. This would go on almost all day till 2am. Nothing was ever done about kids running and screaming in the breeze ways. There were so many break ins they stopped sending notices. My apartment was attempted three times. My neighbor was broken into twice within three months. A co-worker of my boyfriend had their car stolen right out of the parking lot. My last day there a fight happened in the parking lot at 12:30 in the afternoon. The cabinets and drawers seemed ro be 10yrs old and need to be replaced. Upon move in we were toldwater would be no higher then 45$. We have never payed less then 80. Roach infested so bad the giant ones are in the hall during the summer. The apartmenabove us leaked and they took over two weeks to dehumidefy our closet. Washer broke with standing water told us it wasn't important so they got to it after 4 days. If you rent machines they give you the worn out garbage. The new management try to make this place seem all nice and luxurious. But its not. If you dont have a large dog or alarm system your place will be broken into. I could go on about alll the cons of living here but I rather not. They wanted to charge us almost 800 to renew the contract. I have moved to a much bigger and safer envieoment foe just as much or less then this place wants. I am sure at one point tjis was a nice complex but it is now slowly turning into another ------ apartment complex. Do your research before moving and please take this into consideration before moving hereall the signs saying to upgrade your life are nothing but sad gimmics to get ppl to move in.
