Two break-ins for my unit. One break-in for my car. I saw other car's break-ins many times in this community. This community is totally insecure. Poor Maintenance. It took two weeks for the lightbulb in the kitchen to be replaced. Leaking ceiling was never fixed. Staffs look kind apparently. But leasing office staffs suck. They don't care residents' safety and well-being. They only care how they can earn more money out of residents' pocket. Other residents also wanted to move out as soon as the term expires. The rent price does not worth for living here. Don't move in here.
