I wanted to compliment the staff on showing me such great customer service. I moved in 3 months ago and it has been wonderful since day one. They have gone out of their way to help me with my entire move including recommending a mover. I moved in right after the BIG Atlanta snow and the maintenance guys even showed up to shovel the property when no one could even get out. I plan on being here for at lease 2 years and look forward to my first resident event.

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
