I lived in Windmont in 2006 and again in 2010. The apartments are overpriced and need to be updated.  Overall I thought the apartments were decent&#44; but there were several break ins&#44; near my apartment the second time I lived there. I personally never had any issues. They could be a little better lit. The management staff at that time were very nice. Walking distance to grocery shopping on right on the MARTA route.

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
