When I first moved in the level of Professionalism was on 10. I was greated with a warm smile always asked if I needed anything was offered snacks lol
. All my questions were answered. Notices every other day in regards to what was going on with the property. Even notices of things going on in a 3 mile radius of the property' that my effect residences. Phone calls were always answered and if not you were called back by the end of the business day.
Then it all changed. The young lady from the office Sha gone the manager Miss.B gone. Replaced with the most arrogant non friendly, lack of coustmer service, disheveled looking, incompetent , non notice giving , lack of information providing, putting wrong balances on people's rental account doing A$$()/6 I have very seen in my life...
Phone calls never get answered. Always that auto message and a return call please don't hold your breath. Oh and forget it no more snacks in the office....
I asked him I will just call him Mr. H about a notice that made no scence the dates on the notice had passed.. He said oh the courtasey officer failed to send it out on the rite day. a joke. She lives in my building I speak to her every day. She no longer provided the courtasey officer service and was moving out. Yet he blamed her.
I just laughed and walked away. Where did they get this guy.. If u want to know the Broohaven police on a fist named basis live here...
Fights in the parking lot...domestic violence it's crazy. Quality gone down..I'm already looking for somewhere else. Wish I didn't have to stick out this lease...
