I enjoyed living here. Low noise, no crime/break-ins that I experienced. Rent is affordable for the space and the location is close to the interstate. It's near Buford hwy so there is a lot of Mexican influence on stores (i.e. Kroger). But the area is safe and traffic was usually light. The office staff is cordial and usually responsive when you go in (tough to get them on the phone). In the year that I stayed there I may have called maintenance once or twice. They were making some nice upgrades when I left and the only reason I didn't renew my lease is because I wanted to be in an area with more nearby amenities.
