I just renewed for my second year and I am really excited. The new Team has been so gracious. They really make me feel like a valued tenant. I have had issues with my health and they have been so accommodating with helping me with my packages or just allowing me to sit and have coffee while I wait for my ride. The maintenance team is always on top of any things that need fixing in my apartment. Thank you for making me feel so secure and at home. Home does not have to be a house!

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
