ets start off with this, I never write reviews but this experience I have had needs to be shared. So I went to look for an apartment a month before I needed to move and this location was my very 1st location. It set the bar for the other apartments I went an saw. Mind you this was my 1st time apartment shopping. So I decided to put in an application then something went wrong with their system and I had to resubmit everything again (should have known then not to move forward). So I only spoke to one person (Susanna) and 1st she was very tentative and helpful then after getting the money it was very difficult to even get in contact with her. Then I eventually got feed up and asked for a refund, which I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive and I wondered why but thought least I'm getting my money back. So the given amount of time passes by and I still haven't gotten my refund so I call and reach nobody leave a message and do not get a call back. I call again right when they open, spoke with someone which they tried to lie and say they already spoke with me and even called me by someone else's name to "confirm" their lie. Then continued to try and get me off the phone and said she would call me back the same day and even gave them 48hours to call me back because I get people get busy. Still never got a call so I went up there and spoke to the new management. She seemed really nice and genuinely wanted to help me and she called the other manager who was on another proper to help her get my refund which he did not answer so she left a message and said I could come back or wait, so I decided to come back because I had other things to handled. So I came back in maybe an 1-2 hours later, sign on the door they are closed for training, and I'm just shocked. So I can see someone moving inside so I knock on the door, nobody comes. I call, nobody answers. Then a maintenance man comes and goes inside to see what was going on and comes out and tells me she didn't know how to give me my refund and that she was scared. When she could have told me that like a women but decided to be shady and lock up and close her blinds. Then on top of that she calls the police because I wanted my deposit back. I could understand if I was being aggressive or threatening but I was none of those. She knew I was coming back, I was not late and I treated her with respect but I did not get the same. Customer service is everything and if you can't even talk to someone you do not need to work in the public. Thank God, I did not move here.
