Not a resident...visited/toured the complex back in late July. Like the other reviewers said, on Saturdays there is only one person running the office so you might have to wait a little while before they can get to you. And they are closed Sundays. The rep I spoke/met with, Emma, was very nice. I also spoke with another rep by phone but she wasn't too helpful. It's a small community. The rep knew most of the tenants by name. Mostly working adults there, from what I saw. 1 bed/1 bath The apartments look pretty nice on the inside...nothing fancy, but they are in good condition. The kitchen appliances looked new. Drove thru the neighborhood at night and it was quiet and there weren't any people hanging out. The street lights worked. The rent is a little high. It went up almost $100 when I checked back the next week. Overall it seems like a good choice.
