The complex is close to the city. Maintenance/management struggles to keep up the appearance with people dumping things by the dumpster, long waits for the pool to open, and ridiculous waits on maintenance requests.

I recently flew into Atlanta to help my daughter move . I have traveled and lived in many places and this was the easiest smoothest move in. The office staff was great the woman that assisted us was professional and made the move such a great experience my wife and I were staying in a hotel and we were able to get her in in under 24 hours and feel comfortable about leaving her. The maintenance all seemed very nice and we&apos;re very nice.My daughter is doing great she said her neighbors all nice and her apartment is very cozy and quiet.

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.
