The property is so homey and the team I worked with were amazing. My daughter and I can not wait to move in at the end of this month. I'm super picky and Erin and Cole answers all my questions and allowed me to view the apartment a few times just to make sure I was completely happy.

I would not recommend this apartment as it is labeled and marketed as luxury, but the only thing luxurious about it is the fees. There is no groundskeeping on the property, despite its ability to house over 500 residents. There is dog feces everywhere, trash all over the parking lot, management doesn't enforce lease agreements, and dog waste stations are often out of bags or are almost always overflowing. The dog park is a health hazard that many residents don't use due to concerns about people not picking up after their pets. Staff have sent multiple emails, but do not take it upon themselves to clean it up or provide poop scoopers at the dog park.

Living at Pointe Grand has been a convenient experience overall. The apartments are modern and spacious with nice layouts, and the amenities are a great bonus. Haven't been here long enough to meet the community. Don't have kids, dont need schools. Place is well lit, but already noticed broke down cars in the lot, that's a big turnoff and resemblance of --------- housing.
