Just moved in. The community is quiet. The amenities are nice and clean. The staff is excellent especially Skyler. She helped me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable to look around during my move in inspection

Friendly and helpful staff. The amenities are great. Can't wait for the pool to open! The community is just very cozy and quiet - perfect. Convenient to shopping and other activities. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and well laid out. The overall new construction quality is not the best but that's typical nowadays. The amenities are very nice and overall a good apartment complex. I see construction issues that can be fixed being smoothed out overtime. Our unit was never lived in before us.

Great location and quite area.We like how private it feels and enjoy the open space it provides.Staff has been nothing but amazing thank you for your help and consideration for helping us invite other memebers to get an apartment as well.

My experience at Legends at TownePlace has been mostly positive so far. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which was very important to me as a parent. The apartments are updated and the grounds are maintained nicely. Communication with management has generally been professional. Overall, this community has been a good fit and I would recommend it to renters looking for a calm enviroment.

This apartment is very comfortable to live in. I've submitted work orders a few times for maintenance issues, but they were all handled promptly. The area around the apartment is also very safe. There are several supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

I love it here! It's brand new and the housing office is really nice and answers any questions or concerns that we have. They were also very accommodating when it came to our move in date. I feel like we are living in the best apartments here.
