Ignores applicants with service animals! Beware!

Warning about this place: they wonā€™t accept service dogs and or emotional support animals. Even if you provide all the documentation that they should need they just flat out ignore you. Super ILLEGAL.ā€¦Ā See More>

    Feel safer if there was fence separate interstate from yard . Anyone can walk from interstate in yard of my home. I do love maintenance and beautiful grounds here. I enjoy having back yard walk my dogs and play frisbee with kids

      You could have put like 2 feet of noise insulated space between the units for almost no cost increase...I don't mind my neighbors cute little yawns in the morning, but it's one of the worst for sound I've ever lived in. You're going to have too many kids listening to sex through the wall here.

        I have loved living here. The cottages look amazing and have a cozy feel to them. All the new builds definitely makes a difference. The staff is friendly and approachable. They will answer every question you have, even if it is a million of them.

          Es muy tranquilo, limpio, Buenos vecinos, muy centrico. Queda cerca de todas Las tiendas y algunos centros laborales. Tenemos muchas comodidades. Tenemos Centro de piscina,gym y tennis en el condominio Para acceder en nuestro tiempo libre y compartir en comunidad o con nuestros amigos y familiars

            I've had an amazing experience from the time of touring the community to current. I work from home so a quite environment is a must and The Ridge at Calhoun provides this. Sonia was great and helped every step of the way from touring all the way through application approval. Other office personnel have been very helpful and friendly. If maintenance is needed they get is scheduled quickly and you can expect maintenance to be on time. We have enjoyed our new community and are looking forward to the continuous expansion.
