Thiis place definitely gets a five star review from me. It's the most beautiful place in Cartersville to live. You almost feel like you're at a resort. Amenities are fabulous, staff is fabulous and everything is easy access. The apartment itself I love the fact that it's like walking into a house rather than an apartment building.

Love the concept of the apartment community where it is more like homes than apartments. However, you deal with a company that doesn't appear to actually have an actual maintenance staff on hand. I've had issues needing resolved before I moved in and they still aren't addressed.

These apartments are not like apartments but housing . Great area quiet and friendly. Love living here. Fwy accessibly close to shopping . Main street Cartersville not far plenty of restaurants for your eating pleasure.

This apartment complex does not give you a key to enter apartment. It is operated by VIZpin app. I would not recommend living here due to the fact that you can get locked out too easily and they don't help you if it is after hours. You have to pay your own locksmith.

The apartment townhomes are brand new. We like that we got one on the ground floor that has a fenced in back yard. The white quartz countertops are also a plus, too. It is a very quiet community with a nice pool and gym.

I went to view a 3bdrm and was shown a beautiful townhouse. I really liked that the primary bedroom is downstairs while the 2 remaining rooms are upstairs. I did not like that there were hundreds of dead bugs all over the floor. Rollie pollies to be exact. I get it, pest control may have left but all I could think of was how often I'd be sweeping up dead bugs. It was a no for me.

My review / perspective is going to be different considering the first month moving into the property, we had issues with the manager Kyle in regards to our "2 months" free promo. Our front door has had a few issues not locking, or closing properly and has been reviewed by maintenance twice, but continues to give us issues. The locking system the complex uses is an entire other issue / nightmare. Our newest issue is a non stop beeping in the maintenance closet beside our back patio. Just feels like it's been one thing after another here.

The maintenance guy is great and did a great job! He saved me in the middle of the night because somehow the doorknob in my bathroom got installed inside out so the lock was on the outside of bathroom and I got locked in bathroom.
