Used to be such an accommodating, beautiful community. Staff were receptive, knowledgeable and willing to hear and assist you. The community was clean, and maintenance men responded politely and were helpful. They sometimes do not smile and are late and may not show up. They used to leave noted=s when they were in the apartment. They do not anymore. They used to clean up dog pooh containers and sometimes do not. They provide more excuses for not being able to provide services.

My experience is overall great. Living cost is not bad at all. The community is beautiful and peaceful. Definitely recommend others to join this community. I would like more community events where community comes together and have fun. Food is always the answer!!!!! Haha

My stay has been generally pleasant, but I believe there's significant room for improvement in the amenities. While the core accommodations met my basic needs, several areas could benefit from upgrades. For instance, the gym media room has been locked or closed during the summer, and since there isn't any children's area like at the other premises it is an inconvenience. This a concern of mine and I feel would benefit the residents who have kids. These relatively minor changes would elevate the overall guest experience and make the stay more enjoyable.

The location is what sold me on this property. It is convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. It is right off the main interstate that travels directly through the city. The gated entrance provides the additional security and peace of mind. The maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficient. The quiet community atmosphere allows you to relax and unwind.

Very quiet. No issues since I have moved in. Pool is nice and workout room has a variety of items for a good workout. Place to wash vehicle is nice. They have parties during certain holidays and free pizza days.

I have lived here in Graystone Falls for over 4 months and the best decision I've made. I lived in Daytona Beach 30 years and my wife passed away due to cancer. I decided to move to Columbus near my kids at Ft Moore. Moved into Graystone Falls and best decision I've made.

Greystone Falls is convenient to I185, schools, and shopping. The office staff and maintenance are amazing, friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly, with two large exercise area. There is a nice children's playground. The complex is well lit quiet, and the residents are friendly. I have lived at Greystone Falls for over 10 years, and have no desire to live anywhere else.

So far it's been positive but to many price increases and not enough incentives to stay. Recently look at other places with much more quality appliances and window treatments. This still has 1" mimi blinds that are not in good shape.

I have lived at Greystone Falls for several yrs now. I have to say the property is ok but for what the rent is it could be better .It needs some upgrades desperately .Seems they dont seem to care about the upkeep as much anymore . When things are brought to the attention of the staff they are rude .I usually do some of my work in the media center in the early mornings but seems one of the staff sleep in there so cant get in there .whats that about??. Would like to see the fitness equipment work more often too . Im sure with as much money as being paid for rent things could get better. dissattisfied Resident!!

Peaceful living

I have lived in several apartment communities in Columbus and in surrounding areas. And Greystone Falls is the best department community ever. The staff is wonderful maintenance is always on top of everything the landscaping is beautiful they have community activities so you can meet other residents they just built a new dog park And the pool area is absolutely gorgeous and the gym is more than you would expect from an apartment community.

My experience has always been great with Greystone Falls until just recently. when trash has become a big problem. We need bigger trash (recyclable) bins for the amount of tenants living there. We also need the kind of people who value where they live and we really don't have that anymore.

Great community located in northern Columbus. Just minutes away from popular shopping and dining locations. I love that the highway is one turn away from the Greystone gates. I get to the Fort Moore gate in about 20 mins. The apartment itself is great. The gym is nice, it has everything I need to not have to buy a gym membership elsewhere.

I have found the management at this apartment complex to be very responsive to any requests I have made for help with maintenance issues, usually in less than 24 hours. So I'm extremely satisfied with that. I am also happy with the upkeep. The grounds are well maintained and always attractive. So, all in all, I'm glad I made the decision to live in this complex and have no plans to move.
