I feel that I pay way too much for an outdated unit. I pay between $1500-1590 a month in rent. Appliances are old. Whoever paints the inside of the units just paints over dust and hair. The pool is always closed (this is one of the main reason I moved to an apartment complex) and very small. The hot tub is not a hot tub, it is the same as the pool. The neighbors that have dogs always allow their dogs to use the bathroom everywhere and do not clean up behind them. The walls are very thin to the point that you can hear your next door neighbors and upstairs neighbors flushing their toilet. You can tell when the walls or doors have been repaired because they still have dents in them. The breezeway and apartment buildings need to be pressure washed. There are always water leaks. The apartments needs window treated.

TAF is a great place to live. I enjoy the cleanliness of this place. Renee is wonderful along with the maintenance team. Great place to live! Any complaints get handled immediately. I love that it's a gated community.

It's peaceful. I wish there was more luxury and the dog park was bigger without wood chips. I love the online payment option but hate that it's about $40 more to pay online, which is why I choose money orders. I wish the pool was bigger and had a jacuzzi. Overall it is a great place.

It seems that the complaints of misbehaviors have increased as time passes. No increased security has been added other than gates. The most effective measure would be breezeway and parking area cameras, but the excuse of privacy is all I have heard from the office. Other residents agree with camera use and deny privacy concerns.

Nice apartments, quiet community, office always calls before entering apt. The only issue I've had is pest control. I've had to call front desk several times because I keep seeing roaches. I saw dead ones laying on the floor during my tour of the apartment so I should have known.

Overall good, the neighbors are nice and friendly. The grounds are generally clean. Cons, the trash is perpetually broken, repairs take a long time to be made, pest control is not always efficient, hot water runs out quickly so you can either take a shower or do laundry but can't do both at the same time, brand new dishwasher and washing machine are cheap and don't work well, and the air conditioning breaks every summer

One of the worst communities I have ever lived in. Constant car break ins. Appliances are old in apartment. Pool is always closed. The residents are loud. Thr grounds look like garbage the grass is never grown in and the garbage compactor is broke every week.

I have some very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors that make a lot of noise around 2am to 5am. Some people are inconsiderate with their dog poop and their trash. Besides that the grounds are well maintained, low rent, good enough staff, and a safe community. Another negative is that the trash compactor is often broken.

Overall, it is quiet mainly and I don't have a problem with anyone because I stay to myself, of course. The management is friendly yet firm which is welcoming to see that rules are in place and if needed we can approach them to talk with them if needed.

I like my apartment but I don't like how I am being charged for pest control sewer & trash when I take my own trash & no one ever comes and spray for pests. I just feel like they charge for everything & the apartment is already at a high rate it has become higher months after moving in. Maintenance is cool & they fix everything but management is a little rude sometimes.

The complex was great at first. Then noise problems arose. Then office staff became rude. Then unnecessary rules came to place. Now i'm just completely over it. For the money, its not a bad apartment or neighborhood. Just make sure you have no financial crisis cause they truly dont care and will kick you out in a hearbeat.

I love this community, however I do not like the pest. I also do not like the sensitivity of the smoke detectors. The apartment and the community Is great it will be better if those issues would be contained.

Apartments look neglected. They are dirty and there are several holes that could snap your ankle if you should accidentally fall in one. On the other hand, staff is very nice and easy to work with. Maintenance is working on site daily and maintenance requests are quickly fixed. Great neighbors.

The apartment in its self is very spacious, nice living area, kitchen, etc. The issues I've found are with the thin walls, very easy to hear your neighbors. Loud music I've found is also a large issue that arose during, I believe has to do with the walls and being able to hear all that is going on next door.

I will be new to the community, I am very nervous because of the reviews. I had a really good experience so far with the front office staff. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions effectively. I will come back to give a review at a later time to share my living experience.

This place is terrible! We pay for a renovated unit and have a classic unit and there's nothing that can be done about it. Our dishwasher haven't worked since we moved in (have mentioned it 5 times, moved in July 2019) our hot water heater has leaked twice in the last two months so the hallway is soaked. The carpet is so wet and it smells.. they have stray cats EVERYWHERE! The garbage is at the front of the complex and it piles up so high that it's all over the complex. They change management too often for anybody to keep up and the guy who was in office promised up that we'll be moving into a new unit only to find out those are leased out.. the only benefit is that I have A roof over my head but I would Much rather stay somewhere else .. don't waste your money, it's not worth it!!
