First of all Ms.Yvette in the office is very welcoming and prompt and has made it a pleasant experience to live in this community. The first time I visited this property from the time I entered the office it's been professional and very welcoming. Now that I'm a resident here it's also been nice and pretty quiet, kept nice and good location.

Very nice community but I believe there should be more visual pictures of the non-renovated apartments listed online. Also, there could be a quicker response time from the staff as well as maintenance with tenant issues. I also had an issue with the security gate coming down on my vehicle (but hoped this will be handled and fixed by community on my first day moving in) There were minor hiccups along the way and we were moved into 2 apartments before our actual move in date which caused extra work on my end with changing the address with vendors etc. which was a headache, but Overall my transition from VA to GA was pretty good... I am happy with the apartments and have been resting peacefully ever since.

It has been a delightful experience and management has been pretty attentive to all of our needs. Outside of my neighbors filling the vents up with smoke occasionally, it is pretty nice, even have a small walking park for dogs.

The staff is very professional. Everytime I put in a work order maintenance does it in a tiny manner. The office staff follows up with me as well. They care about the residents and that makes a big difference.

Wonderful. It's a nice community and it's close to supermarkets, shopping areas, and my job. The maintenance of the property is well managed. The only thing I don't like is the garbage dumpster area and this is s problem caused by some residents who don't adhere to rules. The staff is courteous and they communicate effectively via email to keep the residents informed of things that are happening.

The apartment wasn't move in ready even though we were promised that it would be. It's been over a month and all the things still haven't been taken care of. We were without air for a week. I will say that the office staff is amazing. They are courteous and professional. I most likely will not renew my lease

I had my apartment broken into, 2 months after moving in, on top of that the office could not find their key for my apartment, also when I went on vacation for a week, my car was stolen when I came back. Finally decided to move to find I was living with mold ALL over the apartment.Not the best place to live with children.

Upgrades and maintenance performed by new management have changed my mind to stay. Main street is a quiet and safe community to live in. Office staff are polite and respond promptly to all if my concerns.

I love the community. It's very loving and clean. Maintenance is wonderful and i would recommend this apartment complex to anyone and it is very affordable. I never experienced anything bad . So it's pretty safe to me

I love my community but I just want things fixed i've been waiting for a new screen door since I've moved in Also the bathroom drawer it's clean and nice place to live could have the pool open earlier and the garbage removed more often but I'm glad I live here thank you very much

Staff needs to be prompt about maintenance requests, also status with tenant. For the amount of money being charged in Rent issues should be addressed promtly & there should also be communication with tenants.

Nice apartments outside and in nice buildings pool area car wash and work out room . They renovated some apartment building I stay in a non renovated the staff is nice only issue I had on move in date 4/10/19 is that my apartment was not cleaned thoroughly I still had some stuff from previous owners in kitchen cabinets they did not clean behind stove and refrigerator I pulled kitchen stove a refrigerator and seen a pile of dead and alive roaches it seem like the previous owners were nasty . Bad experience I had to do my own strong pest control because whoever they use do not work good .

The overall appearance of the apartments are great. It's very quiet and the office staff is very polite and friendly. The security of the apartments is acceptable. I feel very safe as I leave early in the morning and arrive home late in the evenings, and the fact that there is a couple of police officers that live in the community is an added bonus.

Outstanding community, quiet, peaceful, and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I've never have any problems with maintenance and renter agents. The maintenance team fixes issues quickly and efficiently. The rental team is outstanding as well.

It was not great at the beginning but when the new company took over and brought this Outstanding Staff it has become the greatest place inRockdale County. It's a blessing to live in a safe beautiful environment like this.

I just moved in recently. Applying was quite an easy and stress free process. Once I did my application the leasing office was very helpful and kept me updated with everything I needed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Has gotten much better under new management Staff is very courteous and prompt When I moved in 2017 it was difficult to get work orders completed. Management and staff were rude and not very helpful Greatful did the new staff Kudos to the Property Manager she rocks

It's quiet and the rent is reasonable. Maintenance respond in a timely manner and the staff is nice. I just moved here 2 weeks ago, so far so good. It's convenient to shopping and it's not far from the city.

Ms. Yvette was very helpful when we came and did the tour. Our move in process was smooth and she had an open line of communication. Anytime we had questions she was available to answer via emIl or phone. After move in, she followed up and helped us get everything we needed taken care of.

Beautiful community. The grounds are always kept clean. The staff is very professional and assist in a timely manner to make sure residents are satisfied. The schools are very close. Shopping is just around the corner. Easy and quick access to the highway.

Nice place the ceilings are very high and noise doesn't travel through the walls easily. The apartments are in a convenient location and schools and shopping are close by. The pools area always looks very pretty and clean

So far everything is great with the new management. She is doing a great job with the community I am very please to see everything going great for us in our complex. In the beginning it wasn't great at all went through so many manager but now it is great.

I was not going to renew my lease had we still been under a certain manager, but things are a lot better now since she left. So thank you to Yvette, the new manager and maintenance team. The area is ideal too

Everything has been great so far. The community is very clean and quite. Ms.Whitney and Ms.Yvette are great to work with. My apartment looked great when I walked in. I am very happy with this community.
