The apartment wasn't move in ready even though we were promised that it would be. It's been over a month and all the things still haven't been taken care of. We were without air for a week. I will say that the office staff is amazing. They are courteous and professional. I most likely will not renew my lease

I moved in on 7/5 and the apartment wasn't move in ready. Since moving in only 2 things have been fixed. On 7/20 our air went out. No one to contact so right now it's 91 in our apartment. We had to buy fans just to be able to stay in it. For the price we pay this is totally unacceptable and I'm truly regretting choosing this complex. I will say that Yvette and Whitney are very professional and courteous. Sandra Outland
