Thank you for letting us know about your recent unsatisfactory maintenance experience. Due to issue regarding the Covid 19 pandemic,  we have had delays in handling work order related issues and bring a new person on board. We hope you'll accept our sincerely apology for not meeting your expectations and ask that you give our team an opportunity to resolve any concerns you may have. 

Too many staff changes. Too many maintenance issues. AC, leaks, walls, doors, appliances ,etc. And not enough knowledgeable staff members. Serious maintenance issues, water, ac etc, not being handled in a timely manner. Lack of professionalism in handling repairs. Only one maintenance guy, and hes over the age of 50. Where is the maintenance crew?

I moved in Aug 2015. I initially was schedule to move in the 700 building but the apartment wasn&apos;t ready. I was moved into apartment 313. After moving in, one of my neighbors told me the previous person moved out bc one of the kids broke into her apartment. I was very uneasy being that I&apos;m a single woman leaving alone on the first floor. I called to the rental office and the manager confirmed and assured me the problem was handled, not that it made me feel any safer.  The first three months were fine. When the person above me move in that&apos;s when things starting going down hill. The apartments walls are super thin, you can hear people conversations and the kid(s) above me sound like they were playing football all night. I had six different water leaks ( one in the master bedroom closet, master bath, laundry room, 2 in the dining and kitchen). Maintenance stated it was an old building that needs a lot of work. Maintenance was quick to respond initially but that changed and the patch work to the damaged areas was poor work. My refrigerator stopped working twice and I had to replace everything (the second time I was reimbursed). Crickets and roaches would come in through the sliding glass door and the front door.  I only lived there one year. When I moved I gave the proper notice and did a walk through with the lady from the lease office, she stated everything was good and I would get my full refund. I received the check in the mail last week and it was only half of the security deposit. I have called, emailed, left voice message with no responses. The office employees aren&apos;t helpful and act like they don&apos;t know what they are doing. I wasn&apos;t going to write a review but I haven&apos;t received a call. I would greatly appreciate a response.

I&apos;ve been living at Mainstreet at Conyers for a year now and decided to sign my lease and stay another year the reason being is because Mainstreet at Conyers is a safe environment to raise your children in. every apartment complex you will have a little issue but I am very impressed with our management team in the office how diligent and hard they work to make sure everyone is comfortable.I would highly recommend Mainstreet at Conyers to anyone because it&apos;s a very safe environment and the wonderful staff that we have in the office I want to give a special thanks to Tim our property manager he has been back for a short time and has done so much to to make sure each and every one of us as residents there are comfortable and we want to thank you...??????

This complex is unsafe, dirty, poorly maintained and poorly managed. It is in my opinion unfit for tenants. Maintenance and cleanliness are non existent. It requires weekly pest control simply to manage the roaches and other insects. Very filthy

I moved in on 7/5 and the apartment wasn&apos;t move in ready. Since moving in only 2 things have been fixed. On 7/20 our air went out. No one to contact so right now it&apos;s 91 in our apartment. We had to buy fans just to be able to stay in it. For the price we pay this is totally unacceptable and I&apos;m truly regretting choosing this complex. I will say that Yvette and Whitney are very professional and courteous. Sandra Outland

It was a smooth process. Ms.Yvette and the property manager are both caring and informative. They made sure that I got everything I needed for my apartment. They also made sure that my maintenance issues were put into a work order and executed. I am really enjoying my apartment. It's spacious and the appliances and upgrades from the renovation are amazing.The only issue that I have is the trash. It's no fault of management or the company. It's totally due to the sanitation workers not being on their regular schedule. This has led to more trash than usual in all communities, not just our amazing little community.

Nice apartments outside and in nice buildings pool area car wash and work out room . They renovated some apartment building I stay in a non renovated the staff is nice only issue I had on move in date 4/10/19 is that my apartment was not cleaned thoroughly I still had some stuff from previous owners in kitchen cabinets they did not clean behind stove and refrigerator I pulled kitchen stove a refrigerator and seen a pile of dead and alive roaches it seem like the previous owners were nasty . Bad experience I had to do my own strong pest control because whoever they use do not work good .

First of all Ms.Yvette in the office is very welcoming and prompt and has made it a pleasant experience to live in this community. The first time I visited this property from the time I entered the office it's been professional and very welcoming. Now that I'm a resident here it's also been nice and pretty quiet, kept nice and good location.

I have lived here since January and have enjoyed my community. It is convenient to several things. The gym and pool is currently being remodeled. I am excited about this.  I will update the findings once they open.

This is by Far the worst apartment complex Iâ€™ve ever lived in. Arden Pickel is one of the most conniving property managers Iâ€™ve ever meet. Heâ€™s extremely dishonest and cares nothing about any of your concerns unless your itâ€™s a payment. They have us paying or trash and pest control but donâ€™t require the â€œcompanyâ€� they hire to do the job. Trash is all over the place, pest are completely out of control and are starting to come into my apartment. The foundation of the apartment is weak. My whole bathroom mirror came off the wall. Thank God I wasnâ€™t in there when it did. Do you think they came to fix it, absolutely not. along with my fire alarm still beeping for the past 8 months and my laundry door fell off 6 months ago. Trust me their is more around here that needs fixing but Iâ€™ll just leave it here. Donâ€™t Move here, itâ€™s disgusting.
