What they don't tell you - you can hear everything from your neighbors conversations outside on their patios to their loud TV's below you, above you, next to your bedroom, outside your door in the hallway, and barking dogs all around you. These apartments were very cheaply constructed. What else won't they tell you? There is a $250 fine for not picking up dog poop. They go as far as sending your dog's samples to a lab for a DNA test. What else are they hiding? I found out from long time residents that there are cameras at the trash and residents around me have said that due to lazy people putting boxes and furniture in the trash, they will fine you $250 if you put as much as a box in the compactor. What ELSE is there? The water company charges $25 a month just to HAVE WATER AND SEWER PROVIDED FROM THE CITY! You can expect water bills of about $100 no matter what you do. What else will they hide? They will accept packages for their residents but NEVER notify you. If you move here be prepared to track all of your mail and track it back to the office yourself to locate it. And the gate is a false sense of security because it is always broken.
