I don't normally take the time to write a review, but I felt that I wanted to share my experience here at the Greystone Summit.
I actually found the Greystone Summit complex by accident as I was looking for an apartment-townhouse to rent for a year or more. I was delighted to find such a beautiful community that takes pride in its appearance and satisfaction of its residents.
Jennifer and Wendy have simply been fantastic taking care of any concerns that I have encountered, small or large. It doesn't matter. I am always followed up with an email or phone call to to ensure that work completed has been to my satisfaction.
In addition, its apparent that the owners of this development take pride with respect to its upkeep and maintenance issues. I feel when I come home, that I am coming home to a luxurious townhome, not an apartment. Even Sam , the maintenance man is courteous and professional .
The caliber of the amenities are first rate, right down do the Gym, Lounge chairs, and clubhouse.
Thank You again to all of the Greystone Summit Staff to make me feel welcome as I am living here with my fiancé .
