I have been a resident at the complex for 6 months now. When I first moved in, it was very exciting and the complex looks great! It understandable that this complex is still under construction and some things aren't finished, but some things are just not acceptable at this point. The temporary dumpster has been moving around the complex for the past 6 months and overflows into the parking lot. Paying $1,165/month, I would expect by now to have a permanent trash compactor. I spoke with the property manager in January about this issue and since then, the estimated time until the permanent dumpster is always "hopefully next month".
As for TV/Internet, Greystone Summit is an AT&T Connected Community. This means AT&T is your only choice, unless you want to set a dish on your porch. This could be good or bad depending on what your view of AT&T is. For 18Mbps internet speeds, I pay $56/month. I know Comcast offers the same speed in the area for around $30.
The crown molding in my apartment is separating from the ceiling and some walls are starting to crack. The maintenance person was very nice and said that when they built the complex, the didn't dust anything and so their glue isn't sticking.
I would recommend paying by check as their online payment by card charges $30 per transaction.
The complex has very great potential and appears it will look nice when it is finished.
