For the price I'm paying I would expect a little better. Cheap materials have been used throughout the construction of the buildings, things such a the kitchen floor material. Its not even a laminated floor but a step lower, allure stick down imitation laminate. This was discovered when i went to mop and some corners curled. Other issues come with cracking crown molding. We took this matter to our apartment manager and she promised to take care of the issue. 3 different individuals came into my home. All 3 claiming to be construction workers for the site. Each spending less than 10 mins in my home tapping their foot and leaving saying it wasn't their area of work and they would send another. Finally workers just stopped showing up no work done....parking is slowing becoming an issue. as more and more buildings open its becoming less available and you end up parking forever away. Not to mention the carelessness for vehicles neighbors have. My car has a huge dent from a door in the passenger side from parking here. And a friendly neighbor of mine shows me this enormous scratch someone made into her car hood... Assigned parking per uint (since we are limited to only two cars! this in which some residents completely disregard) and a guest parking areas would quickly resolve any matter like this. Hopefully this will be made once paving is completed.... after being the absolute 100% first resident's to move in on the very first opening day of the compound. It took the complex 6 months to create an appropriate trash disposal area. And i would say 4 months of its construction had no work being made on it. We pay for the use of these amenities and pay for the functionalities. Not to mention the allegations of how important trash disposal is. we paid for something yet failed to recieve it for so long. Just inexcusable....The complex is relatively quiet and calm. Im always seeing police and sheriff's cars patrolling the area's. Which is cool... Though one night we did have a knock at our door and it was two police officers. And they where asking about drugs in the premises and in the complex. I can assure to all that read this and like i did to them my home is drug free. I see slight alarm about it though. Everyonce in a while pulling up home i have smelt some of the green not sure of the culprits but after all this police drama i assume management is aware of this issue.... The complex is ok. Lacking in some areas good in others. Still the price is high for what all is provided. Give them a year to finnish construction and then maybe they will focus on residential care.
