This was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team Wendy and Raquel are phenomenal and bend over backwards to please the residents. Sam, the maintenance manager, was prompt and filled any repairs withing 24 hours of my requests. My 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment had beautiful views of of trees and a lake. I generally could not hear my neighbors due to the sound construction of the apartment. There are cameras placed around the outside of the apartment buildings as added safety for residents.
I moved out of Greystone Summit Apartments about 2 weeks ago because I purchased a home. My initial closing date and date I was supposed to move out was delayed by 1 month. Greystone Summit Apartments already had a tenant lined up to move in my unit 2 weeks after my initial closing date. This meant I had to move out no matter what. I spoke with the management team regarding the matter and Greystone Summit Apartments worked out a plan so I would not be "homeless" by paying the upcoming tenant one months rent so she/he could stay in the apartment they were in another month. Where can you find customer service and care like that - especially in 2016? Wow!
I miss this apartment complex and the staff that worked there! I would recommend it all day and all night to anyone looking to move into an apartment complex in the area.
