We are so sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. While there are so many benefits to living in a beautiful wooded community, unfortunately very occasionally we experience issues with the wildlife that lives in the surrounding woods. We apologize if your perception is that we have not tried to address and resolve this mouse issue. We had pest control come several times, and our Maintenance staff tried unsuccessfully to find where the wildlife entered the apartment. Due to Federal regulations regarding the use of pesticides, and the number of household pets living on property we are not able to safely put chemicals around the outside of buildings. We value you as a Resident and hopefully you will not experience another occurrence of this kind! We will continue to try to anticipate and exceed your expectations as is our priority every day.
