I’ve lived at Greystone Summit Forsyth since November 2015 and I am very pleased with this beautiful community. It is very comfortable and safe I enjoy its proximity to everything I need. Everyone at Greystone has been extremely courteous, helpful and friendly and takes great care of the community and their attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. The amenities offered here are wonderful with, manicured landscaping, a great gym, dog friendly and a gorgeous pool and surrounding area to lounge about on a beautiful day. The crew ensures all areas of the community are in a constant state of EXCEPTIONAL cleanliness which is a big HUGE to me!!! You can tell they truly do take pride in keeping this community clean and comfortable. The management staff has been exceptional, ensuring even the slightest little things are taken care of immediately, satisfactorily and in an efficient manner. Somehow they even find time to decorate for the various seasons, which I appreciate because I know it’s a lot of work and helps me enjoy the seasons much more. They have a well-organized maintenance schedule to ensure everything inside and outside the apartments continue to satisfy their customer’s needs. I have had very few things that required maintenance but when I have, management and maintenance immediately took take care of any issues I had. I highly recommend Greystone Summit Forsyth to anyone looking in this area. Thank you to all of the Greystone Summit Staff for making me feel welcome here in my new home!
