Mgmt changed and rents were raised above originally promised cap (went up $60/month 1st year for 2 BR). Also, I was on a wait list for 6 mos at one rent rate, which was not honored upon move in as promised. It was $30/month higher. Lastly, I was told that when I got married and moved, if I turn in my keys 60 days ahead lease ending date, I had the opportunity to have them find a new renter and save that 2 months rent. I scrambled to do so and now I am being told they have a renter for only 2 weeks before my lease is up, only saving me 2 weeks rent instead of 2 months. They have removed my apartment from the online market and are keeping it vacant and forcing me to pay the extra month instead of continuing to try to fill it sooner as promised. I like the front office girls, but policy is questionable and promises are not being kept. Greystone should be holding that apartment intentionally vacant at their expense, not mine. They are getting their money from me for a vacant apartment and insuring a new renter for themselves next month for a year, so they don't care how it impacts me at this point in time. I wont be recommending this complex.
