Made an appointment with Christy to see an apartment five days prior for Tuesday 10.9.18 I arrived a few minutes early, gal to asked if she could assist me was very nice. Christy, however, kept me waiting for approx 15 minutes. She came out to greet me, and we went to her office. She handed me a brochure, and told me she would be happy to show me the grounds. Excuse me? I made an appointment with you to see an apartment. Oh, I don't have an apartment to show you. What's up with that?? That's why I drove all the way there. No phone call, no email, no nothing. And when I called Greystone properties in Columbus, they didn't want to even listen to what I had to say. Best of luck to all of you, I hope your experience with Greystone Summit Forsyth is better than mine! Dan H

    We are very sorry if there has been any miscommunication regarding showing an apartment. At the time you called to make an appointment, our leasing staff was not able to give you an exact day since we are 100% occupied. We usually refer prospective residents to the website and the pictures when we are unable to show an apartment.
