Not sure right now.. The two women in the office left-- we have temporary help from other offices... Not sure how these other people will take care.. We need someone in the office that gets to know us and have a repore with.. It's too bad the women that help me with my move in are no longer here.

    Very convenient location, good pool and gym amenities. Apart from that I am not satisfied at all with these 'luxuryapartments'. My family and I have lived in two different units and both had issues due to construction when moving in despite being brand new. Many of the issues have still not been resolved. Definitely not worth the price we are paying.

      Dog ---- not picked up. Garbage at the dumpster overflowing weekly. Smells like ----. Cars haul --- through the parking lot. Erosion will happen again. Pinestraw and grass look like a trailer park. My apartment is nice.

        We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. Keeping our property clean is a community effort and, while our team does all they can to maintain our grounds, we also rely on residents to pick up after themselves. We send out reminders about the dog stations and we will make a point to send another out this week. As for speeding, we agree that was a problem that we take very seriously. We had a company come out to professionally mark the crosswalks and put in speedbumps to mitigate the issue. Your experience here is very important to us and we are disappointed and surprised to hear your feedback. If you notice any problem areas in the future, feel free to reach out to us directly and let us know so we can address them promptly.

        Worth every penny

        Best place Dalton has ever had! It is so nice. You feel like you are living in a resort. All this plus more. Exceed expectations. If you are looking for a place then you need to stop by here. It's nice, clean, modern, fun, perfect locations for my work on the south end of town.

          Poorly managed and bad communication

          Management doesn’t communicate well with residents, never answers the phone, does not respond to voicemails or messages once you are a paying resident and move in. They do not up keep with the other buildings as well as they do with the main building. The elevators and floors are always dirty, smell bad, and are never cleaned.

            The management at this complex is very unpleasant. After signing the lease, they continually try to add rules and regulations that are not in the original lease. Nita, the community manager, is never friendly. Lease violations for petty things such as a single string of Christmas lights hanging on a balcony banister.

              Best place in Dalton

              I have lived here since September 2023. One of the very first move ins. My experience here at Lofts at Hamilton is absolutely top notch 100% the best of all apartments I have ever lived in. Yes, it's still under construction but that has not affected my experience here. The ladies in the office are very responsive and the Maintenace team is on top of it. Its worth every penny and peace of mind!

                The only luxury in the complex are the excuses that the management makes. They do not resolve problems in a timely manner or enforce their own policies. They do, however, charge residents more for services than initially advertised.

                  These apartments have been a pretty nice experience. Everything is brand new and very upscale and modern. The amenities are nice and I am sure once construction is completed it will be nicer. Only gripe I may have is the security. It is incredibly frustrating to get into the building as we have to use an app to unlock the doors. I understand there's an added security benefit by having this system but it is at the expense of everyday convenience, I wouldn't know what to do if the app did not work after the office hours have ended for the day, aside from this it is a great place to live.

                    Love this community so high quality. We love the amenities and the staff. Maintenance is very helpful. We love the gym as well great new equipment. Can't wait to use the pool this summer. Love living at the lofts
