Great Apartment!

I just moved in and I must say, I had the best move in experience! The office staff made sure I understood how everything worked in the apartment and answered any questions I had! They made me feel right at home since the moment I first walked in the door! Highly recommend this place!!

Environment

I already left a review on google but I noticed there aren’t much on here so I decided to leave one on here too. The parking lot is amazing, the pool even better and the apartments themselves are a luxury for a good price.

Great Community

Great apartment community, the whole staff was super friendly and welcoming on my tour. The moment I walked in it felt like home, they offered me refreshments and really dug into what I was looking for in my next home. I felt like they really cared about me. Definitely considering The Dalton By Alta as my next home!!

Best Apartment Community in Dalton

I’ve toured several apartment communities in Dalton, and this one stands out as the best by far. The staff is welcoming, approachable, and always ready to help. The fitness center is another highlight. Unlike other communities that feel like a fishbowl with everyone outside watching, the frosted windows here give it a sense of privacy. It’s thoughtfully designed and makes working out feel comfortable instead of intimidating. I’ve also noticed how quiet and relaxing the community is. At my previous apartment, constant noise was a daily issue, but here it’s peaceful and truly feels like home. Parking is also much more convenient, which takes away a lot of stress. Overall, this community sets itself apart by being clean, well-managed, and resident-focused. It’s a place where you feel valued, not just like another lease on paper. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for their next home.

Just BEAUTIFUL

Perfect place to live at!

I've been living here for a couple of months now and absolutely love the friendly atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and maintenance is super responsive. I love all amenities included especially the pool table in the club room!

Pet friendly

The front office staff works hard to make everyone feel included with monthly get together and they even recently had one for the pets! It was great getting to see all the fur babies enjoy the treats provided by the staff and have their pictures taken.
