Rachael I love you and everything about u,from day one when you greeted me as I came in the door I new you were the one for me, I can tell your not really liked by your co-workers just from the few days I came in I to was the ugly duckling at my job it's hard, But keep your head up and keep making people happy everyone speaks highly of you as you can see we love you! My stay here has been good so far. Rico and Steve are the best maintenance workers. Any time I call about something RICO and or Steve always comes out and fix whatever the problem is. Appreciate them for their hard work

If you're looking for a great quiet community that's secure and beautiful inside and out. I strongly suggest Regency. I recently just rented an apartment 2bd 2bth from them. Rachael helped me with excellent customer service. She was extremely knowledage of the complex as well as the surround neighborhood. Awesome communication making my process of finding the perfect apartment for me easy and smooth. Thought its next to the airport the windows are noise cancelling you wouldn't even notice that there are airplane flying above. Property is kept extremely clean and there's no loitering. Very family based community.

I have been in my apartment for less than a month and already have significant issues. The leasing process was fairly easy and the customer service was good at the time. However, since moving in I have issues with roaches and bugs. The complex at night is noisy, it appears to have illicit activities going on, I heard gun shots outside my apartment, the police and security presence is poor. I took my concern to one of the mangers and although she apologized for my experience her body language and facial expression was one of unconcerned and lack of care. I really fear for my safety after I told them about an incident that occurred. I am afraid to go back to my apartment! I

Rachael, customer service was excellent she answered all questions honestly and efficiently! This was my first apartment and I thought it would be difficult but she made the process as smooth as possible. I got approved for the one bedroom town home and it is clean and very spacious. I just moved in regency park over the weekend and first I would like to give Kimberli the credit she deserves during the process she was dilligent and gave me all the information I needed and was straight forward during the process so there were no surprises the move in process was SMOOTH the area is quiet my apartment was clean upon move in I stay on phase one side in a one bed room townhouse for 650.00 gas and water included in rent VERY SPACIOUS which has been recently upgraded I favor the granite tops and the gas stove if you are looking for an apartment complex that's affordable decent area close to everything in Atlanta I highly recommend you look at these apartments and ask that KIMBERLI is your leasing agent she works hard and will have an answer for your concerns as well as easy to communicate with which I've been apartment hunting and most leasing agents didn't show any concern or had all the information. I needed I look forward to my stay at Regency park

I've been at Regency for 3 months now and I it's exceeded my expectations for sure. Everyone is nice but I'm really elated that I got to work with Racheal she was so helpful and patient and informative during my intitial move in process. Thanks to her help I was able to move into this apartment in a timely manner and the apartments are nice and quiet! I would reccommend this place, in fact, I have and reccommend my friends to speak with Racheal directly!

Regency park has the best employees. Even the maintenance team have tremendous customer service. I highly recommend Rachael, who is not just personable but also professional and kind hearted. The apartments are not only spacious and beautiful but affordable. Regency park gives me a suburban feeling with all the city things around me. I just love love love Regency Park. Don't hesitate on becoming my neighbor. Give them a call, they actually answer the phones. Two thumbs up for Regency park.

I just moved in my apartment today 10/14/16. I had the most pleasant journey starting from the beginning of looking at an apartment to the end of moving in. I had the best leasing person (Rachael Thomas) to make this an pleasant journey. She is very nice and very helpful. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for her patience with me and making sure I got what I needed out of an apartment. I recommend anybody that's looking for a new apartment for an reasonable price and an excellent neighborhood to come to Regency Park and ask for Rachael.

The leasing agency Racheal is nice and fine --- hell and keep it real. The apartment are nice quite water is included they have washer and dryer hook ups 1 bed room is big with a 1 1/2 closes and a full bathroom a nice kitchen and living room space they also got a big pool it pretty deep, they have a park for the kids a grilling area they have apartment from studio to the town house and they pet friendly playground. The apartment are really nice and a great place to stay at and they also close to the store and the market on camp creek and the airport they are close to ever thing u need u don't have to go no where far to get to what u need rent is Good can't beat it Amanda

Worst Apartments to live in!!!! Noise level is on 100. My car got vandalized 3 times in my almost 1 yr of staying there!!! The never fixed the doors or windows!!! Yoyng kids from the next door apartments crossed over. To break into homes!! The office STAFF COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE RESIDENTS! !! Like i said!!! WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! Do Not.. REPEAT DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENT'S
