An Apartment Like No Other

The Premier is definitely one of those places you stay and have a hard time leaving! The location is great, with the park and various restaurants all in reach by walking or driving. Any shopping that needs to be done can be accessed within a few miles! Now, for the apartment complex itself, the design is modern and the apartments have pretty interior color schemes. When residents aren't outside having a good time, the complex is so quiet even amongst the hustle and bustle outside of it. The best part? The best staff in the world works here! There is nothing they won't do to ensure residents are well taken care of and everyone is safe. The office management and maintenance crew are always doing what they can to make our experience top notch, and that cannot ever be replaced! After being here, there's literally no other apartment I desire to go to in the whole CSRA!

Great location!

This is a great property. The location is absolutely fantastic.The staff is even better. The property is located in proximity to all of the things that downtown Evans has to offer. I love foodtruck friday's, the market on Saturdays and much more. It's very walkable to restaurants, cafes and even the grocery store. Last but not least, the sunrise and sunset views are absolutely awesome. I love living here.

Life at The Premier

Living at The Premier has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I moved in, it felt like more than just an apartment—it felt like home. One of the things I love most is the location. Everything you could possibly need is just minutes away. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, fitness centers—you name it, it’s right around the corner. The convenience alone has made my day-to-day life so much easier and more enjoyable.

Cooling off

I moved into the Premier a few months ago and love it here. The apartment community is beautiful and the location is super convenient but the management team is what takes the cake. They always seem to find little details to serve the community. Today, they surprised us with popsicles at the pool! Not a huge thing, but it was so thoughtful.

I never get tired of this view

I never get tired of the beautiful views at The Premier. Grabbing a cup of gourmet coffee in the club room and relaxing in the outdoor living space next to the pool or on my balcony is the best way to start my day!

Breathtaking Community

Absolutely love living at The Premier! The community has some of THE best sunsets and sunrises. There is so much do and within walking distance of everything! The entire staff is AMAZING and everyone treats you like family! I love it here. Not to mention how beautiful my apartment is! Live here, you won't regret it!
