Wonderful Experience

Very happy with my property! Clean, quiet, and well-managed. Truly feels like home ??I absolutely love my property! It’s clean, safe, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Anytime I’ve needed something, management has been quick to help and always kind. It really makes a difference living somewhere that feels cared for. So thankful for my home!

Great place to live.

Amazing experience!

[Incentivized Review] I have to say this community is amazing! I would recommend this for those who are first time renters as I was. The staff has worked tremendously to make sure I feel welcomed, safe, and enjoying my living experience! My apartment is gorgeous and luxurious and for the price, it is worth it! The amenities are very accessible and breathtaking. Everything this community has to offer is great and would 10/10 recommend this to prospective residents!

Still loving it

[Incentivized Review] I have been a resident at Altera Union City for 5 months and I love it here today as much as I did when I first moved in. This place has been safe, secure, and comfortable. The residents here are cordial and the staff are very professional while still being accessible and down to earth. Shoutout to Ms. Lauren, Ms. Kamry, and Ms. K for making it a joy to reside here.

Home sweet home

From the tour to moving in Lauren and Ms.Kay were on top of everything. Beautiful property with plenty of amenities and is gated. Lauren made my move in seamless. She is absolutely amazing at her job. I also love how convient the area is! There’s a Publix, Starbucks, Chick fil A and plenty of other stores less than a mile away. My apartment is very spacious and has beautiful appliances. So happy I found this apartment complex to call home.

Great place to live!

I've only been living at Altera in Union City for a little while now, but I’ve had a really great experience, especially when it comes to the management team. They’re super friendly, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. The leasing office staff is always welcoming, and I appreciate how well they keep everything running smoothly. It’s not easy to find a place where the management actually listens and follows through, but that’s definitely been the case here. Big thumbs up for how they take care of the community!

Great Experience
