Fed up with Lake Lanier Club and MAA Communities. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Incompetent management. Negligent. Unorganized. Ineffective policies. Lackluster staff. And the list goes on...I would not recommend this company or ANY of their properties.

The landscaping and location are wonderful. I really love the view of the lake. It is very quite and all of the residents I have meet are very polite. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

We moved into Lake Lanier Club in Sept
2018. The views are amazing. The community is well maintained and the people are very friendly. The office and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend LLCm

Love it here.  Wouldn't live anywhere else.  Office staff and tenants are friendly and helpful.  Maintence staff men are the greatest and most helpful with a cheery attitude.  Shopping and eateries are close by.  This is a great community and I recommend to everyone.

I will say this.... I wouldn't recommend this complex ... it's getting a little better maybe if they hired security to ride around the premises and confront the ones who have no respect and are constantly throwing their trash around on the grounds and leaving messes also they need to keep BOTH pools clean and updated..i appreciate that they cleaned the dog park up and the playground ...it looks so much better I actually enjoyed sitting there as our dog walked around off the leash .thank you!

I am always happy with the level of professionalism that the guys display when completing work orders. They are always friendly and smile and wave when they see you outside. I know things break and I understand that some things are more important than others and would take precedence over something minor.  The office is always helpful too. They are always busy when I go there, so I try to just email them or do work orders on line through my account.

Great community! Very comfortable, peaceful, safe and friendly neighbors. We have never had an issue here and we are treated with respect and care by everyone. The premises are well kept and beautiful. We do recommend this apartment complex.

Very satisfied. Understand but don't like rent hikes every year. And I don't use the amount of water I'm billed for monthly, should be closer individualized. The staff here are your biggest asset.. they're always willing/able to assist

Living near the pool are is a nightmare, the constant screaming and loud music during the day and all hours of the night is out of control. There's no patrolling of the area, so it's pretty much a free for all down there for residents and non-residents alike.

I have lived here with my husband for almost 2 years, now. We live a busy active lifestyle and need a place that can access swimming, hiking, scenery, nature & class, without the stress of maintenance of our property. Here at Lake Lanier Club Apartments, we can do all of this & more. The office is always happy to help and are promoting and ready everytime. We plan on staying for quite some time ??

Staff is great and helpful.  Grounds are kept up nicely and on a regular basis.  Apartments are in good shape and any maintenance needs are dealt with quickly and efficiently.  Community is mostly peaceful and quiet.

I have the view of a lifetime! My apartment overlooks Lake Lanier. The evening sunsets quiet often look like a painting.   I have lived in various MAA property areas and have always been 100% satisfied. I feel safe and know I will always have my needs met if a maintenance issue arises 24/7. I will always let MAA be my first choice when I need an apartment to live in the United States.

Victor in the leasing office was great!! Really rare to see a leasing agent that cares. The property is well maintained and I have had no issues with crime or altercations of any type. There are a few college campuses around so that brings in college students but I've never had any problems with long periods of talking or loud music from neighbors. Community sits right on Lake Lanier so we have beautiful views. The pools are nice and I use the gym frequently. There is no laundry room but you do have the option of getting an apartment with a washer dryer in your lease for not much money. Overall I have been very impressed with the community and plan on staying until I purchase a home.

It was horrible had a problem with  the carpet from the beginning  the refused to do anything about it. Everytime we called they had an attitude. They lied and sent me around the world when talking to people. Matientence  men and the emergency  line didnt do a damn  thing all they wanted was my money. We didnt even move out before they sent in people to measure for the next people but had us living with mold over a month. ALL THEY WANT YOUR MONEY THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU. I GUESS UNLESS YOUR WHITE THATS HOW I FELT!

They do horrible maintenance and don't address mold issues.  They take shortcuts and could care less about the resided health issues even when conditions are brought up they are disregarded.  I cabby even enjoy runs in my apartment without my allergies going crazy.

This is a great community! Very quiet yet with a spirit of a neighborhood where we fill surrounded by nice people. I am lucky and got an unit with lake view. It is spectacular! I will never get tired of it!

A nice community, just needs a few updates to make it for all age groups.  Very pet friendly. Gate need a better system codes does-not work for deliverys. But for an over living experience ive found to enjoy living here snd love the natural beauty that the complex has for beauty of the lake.  The people at least in my bldg are very respectful.

The move in process was quick and easy. The managers are very kind and helpful. The community is quiet, clean and well maintained as well as the apartment we moved into. The appliances are all included and the costs are fair. I have had a very positive experience overall.

I moved to the community in November of 2021 and in July I moved to another unit. Both times I dealt with the leasing office I had a great experience. I enjoy living here. Every time I had a to request for maintenance (not many times), my requests were quickly resolved.

I love living here. Even though the appointment need lots of improvements! Windows really need to be replaced. 
Major issue is no attempt to let dog owners know to clean up. Should have one maintenance person on that assessment! 
No parking signs on curbs has not been repainted.

Close to everything ! Beautiful,Fun close to shopping and restaurants. The marina is close by there is a restaurant bar grill there. Close to Lanier islands , pig tails and fish tail's restaurants and scenic drives

This is an older complex. Popcorn ceilings. Inoperative security systems.  Spider webs all over. Needs serious cleaning and TLC. GREAT lakeside location but I couldn't get past the dirt and worn features.

I have been happy and proud living here.  i wishing through they had more flexibility with rental. I was so hoping to make this my last home. 

Ive been happy with staff and response over the yrs and made to feel like a family in community.  Im just sadden that life has taken different turn of events.

I love living at MAA lake Lanier! Not only I have an outstanding view from my apartment, but the community is quiet and offers beautiful places for a walk. The internet is great (super important for me as I have a home office) and the office workers are always courteous.

This is a beautiful community overlooking Lake Lanier. The units are spacious and the grounds and parking plentiful. Dog friendly and lake access. The leading staff was very helpful and provided excellent service during move in.

I love leaving at MAA Lake Lanier. The apartment is ample and I am one of the luckiest residents with a breathtaking view of the lake. The management people are always responsive and courteous. When needed, service is quick. Walking around is always a pleasure and I feel safe.

I have had a great experience at MAA Lake Lanier. The staff is very responsive, maintenance is very helpful, the grounds are beautiful, I have had great interactions with all my neighbors! I highly recommend anyone to move into this great community.

I love living here! The apartment layout is perfect with open space and good size bedrooms. I am lucky enough to have a lake view: breathtaking! I will never get tired of it. The staff working here are always available and willing to help. The few times I needed a service, the maintenance team was efficient and fast resolving my problems.  The community is quiet and I feel safe living here. The gardening is always taken care of and makes this neighborhood looks so pretty! I love the fact that this place is quiet and full of nature, but 2 minutes from stores and restaurants and just 3 miles from downtown.
