For the most part, they are living up to their contract. I would give them an above-average rating. Communications between the tenants and the Leasing/Maintenance Office needs improvement. Especially when it comes to working requests.

Overall satisfaction, including your apartment home and experience as a resident at this community as compared to any other apartments. Average Safety: Exterior lighting of building entryways, community common areas, parking areas, and sidewalks. Poor
