I feel safe here and the staff are polite. The landscaping on the property is well chosen with some beautiful foliage and flowers. The handicapped entrance to our building is a joke. There is no wheel chair ramp. Many times there is not enough parking. The neighbors are transient. They move away frequently. Overall, I am happy here.

Great landscaping on the grounds. Not enough parking available. I do feel safe living here, although there is a lot of noise from people raring their engines in the parking lot. The pool area is just gorgeous overlooking Lake Lanier. This is what sold me on living here.
