The facilities are nice and the complex has made improvements to the gym equipment, which is much needed and appreciated. We were having issues with the neighbors below us and the property manager was able to solve the problem. The biggest draw back to living here is the amount of improperly parked cars. The complex has said that they were going to crack down on this, but that has yet to happen. There has been a "tow in the next 24 hours" sticker on a car for the past 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I see almost wrecks weekly when driving up the big hill that connects the upper complex and the lower complex due to the amount of cars parked on improperly and then the driving cars can't see if anybody is coming or not.
