In the beginning the service requests were done completely and on time. This last year it has not been so. 0]00]00]000]]] 00 we have noticed that the halls and the stairs inside the apts. at the front by sales office are kept clean but those in the back by us are not and we often have to do it ourselves or call to remind them. Also the leaves and trash in the front are fixed quickly but those in the back are not. The area around the back pool are not kept clean and those who use it make messes, leave all lights on all night which cost you. We are always seeing flyers sent around about the conditions of the pool. The office staff and kind and helpful. It would be wonderful if the same was true of the yard people and if we could have chaces to talk with them. Area( trash cans) at mail boxes are rarely cleaned. The dumps are an embarasment most of the time and look like trailer trash live here. People seem to feel free to dump trash in the bushes at second entrance. It too looks trashee. It is cleaned sometimes but not often enough. You should offer han dicapped apt. The utilities have become so old they are worn out and need replacing. PORCHES RAILS ARE FILTHY IN BACK AND PEOPLE HAVE STARTED CLEANING THEM THEIR SELVES. NEED BETTER OUTSIDE WORKERS. LIKE PLMBERS. AIR DUCTS CLEANED, CAPETS SHOULD BE CLEANED, NOT CHANHED BUT CLEANEF EVERY SO MANY YEARS. MORE HANDICAPPED PARKING NEEDED by my apt . There are two at either end but none in the middle. I can't walk from the ends to my apt in the middle. There used to be one but it was not maintaine. So I have to block in myself and buy cones.
