The property is really great but the people working in the office are not. They treat you like you are an annoyance and with no respect. I have paid my rent on time for over a year now and have caused no problems and something went wrong on their end with my rent payment and they refused to take the $150 late fee off, even though it was a fault on their end. I had to get incredibly stern and speak to management multiple times and it wasn't until I caught them in a lie that they finally waved it. Then my AC went out, I put in a work order and got a message saying it was fixed. I got home and it was not fixed. I called and requested another work order and even called to follow up and make sure it would get done. I got home and they had duct taped a window unit in. I got no notification at all and the problem still had not been fixed. The rent is far too high to receive this kind of service.
