I have lived at the apartment for several years, but I'm done. Rent is due only on the 1st anything after is $100 more. Its noisy with dogs barking all throughout the day. Rent is very expensive without cause as there are no upgrades done on the property. If not renewing lease, they dont negotiate renewal prices, they will charge ridiculous prices for carpet, blinds and other things although its normal wear and tear especially after several years and the carpet was not new upon moving in. You cannot choose your internet service and the one they have is Directpath, its never working so you are forced to use your personal phone provider. I recommended one person who left after 1 year, but never again. There are lots of crimes that happen including car break ins.They retaliate by charging you more money when leaving. Over all, not a good experience.
